LINET returns to Medic West Africa with popular standard care model
After two years, LINET, one of the world’s leading producers of hospital beds, is heading back to the largest healthcare exhibition in the West of Africa and this time is designing its presentation around the universal hospital care segment. Among other products, the company’s booth will provide a showcase for the Eleganza 1 bed, which is one of the most popular models in use in standard hospital wards throughout the world. LINET will be participating in Medic West Africa, which is being held from October 14-16 in the Nigerian city of Lagos, as a silver partner.
The Eleganza 1 is an electric adjustable bed, which, thanks to advanced features borrowed from higher-end models, offers an unmatched price-performance ratio. With tens of thousands of units already sold and in use, the model has been thoroughly tried and proven. The Eleganza 1 has become especially popular thanks to its extensive portfolio of accessories, with which customers can adapt it to precisely meet their plans and possibilities.
“With its maximum accessibility and flexibility, this bed has enormous potential in the West African market. The economy in West Africa has seen sustained growth, and that has had a positive impact on the development of local healthcare infrastructure. Demand is on the rise for quality products that will support the system’s sustainability. Thanks to solutions like the Eleganza 1, we’re ready to meet that demand head on,” says Adriana Bašovská, Regional Manager for the Middle East and Africa.
With headquarters in the Dutch city of Dordrecht, LINET Group is presently one of the three largest producers of hospital beds in the world. Production, which amounts to approximately 80,000 beds per year, takes place in two plants, one in Germany and the other in the Czech Republic. The company has direct sales representation in a total of 16 countries and imports its products to more than 100 hundred countries throughout the world.
