LINET among TOP 10 most admired Czech companies

With over 100 top managers and other personages in attendance, the CZECH TOP 100 association announced the 100 most admired Czech companies. This year, LINET was one of three newcomers to the competition and placed among the top ten contenders. Zbyněk Frolík accepted the award in person on behalf of his company: “I am very pleased with our ranking and am also proud to see LINET in the company of such successful organizations. This award is the result of the work of all of my colleagues and the employees of LINET,” says Frolík of the success. He went on to add: “Moreover, we’ve succeeded as the only representative of the B2B segment in a field comprising only B2C companies that invest massive sums of money into marketing their products.” First place was awarded to Škoda Auto, with Agrofert placing second and Kofola taking third place. The Top 10 of the most admired companies was rounded out by ČEZ, Alza.cz, Student Agency, Hamé, Passerinvest, and Česká spořitelna.

This year’s competition also offered companies the opportunity to make independent nominations, and numerous companies took advantage of it. Thus, nearly one thousand companies were assessed by independent judges from the ranks of managers, analysts, academics, and public administration representatives, who took into consideration innovation, management quality, companies’ relationship to the environment, product quality, financial reliability, another criteria unrelated to numerically quantifiable benchmarks (sales, earnings, employee numbers, etc.), according to which the 100 MOST IMPORTANT CZECH COMPANIES rankings are decided. The CZECH TOP 100 association will be announcing the results of that competition in a ceremony held at Prague Castle on 16 June 2016.
