The program included the standardization of marketing processes, the strategy for 2016/2017, and the sharing of best practices among the subsidiaries. The most important events and marketing activities awaiting LINET in the first and second quarters of 2016 were also discussed. Particular attention was paid to the preparations for the Paris Healthcare Week exhibition in France, the National Teaching Institute & Critical Care Exposition in New Orleans, USA, and Hospitalar in Sao Paulo, Brazil, all of which are taking place in May. “This was the first international training program of this year after quite some time. We received positive feedback from all of the participants, some of whom even expressed a desire that we repeat such activities at regular quarterly intervals,” says LINET’s Global Marketing Manager Klára Horzinková.
