LINET Group expands business with acquisition of Derma Pro Tech
Dordrecht, the Netherlands – Today, LINET Group announced it has completed the acquisition of the Derma Pro Tech business.
As Europe’s #1 manufacturer of healthcare beds and provider of hospital and nursing home solutions, LINET Group already offers a broad range of beds, anti-decubitus mattresses, furniture, and complete service solutions for hospitals, nursing homes, and retirement homes. Derma Pro Tech complements the rental services portfolio of LINET France, a subsidiary of LINET Group.
“With this strategic acquisition, we’re expanding our footprint of rental services in France and gaining access to new regions and customers,” says Tomáš Kolář, LINET Group’s managing director and president of LINET France. “Rental is one of the cornerstones of our business in France, and we have just renewed a rental contract with APHP, the largest rental contract in Europe, which covers around 40 hospitals in Paris. As Derma Pro Tech delivers best-in-class service, it has a loyal customer base, and by combining our strengths, we’ll be able to offer a great customer experience throughout France. Last but not least, we’re happy that Eric Moreau and Gaëlle David, the sellers and founders of the company, will join LINET France to help us further develop the rental business.”
